Chronically online? Perfect.
We're INFIX — a storytelling studio — and we're quietly building something new.
It's editorial, internet-native, and very online.
Before we say anything publicly, we want someone in the room with us helping shape how it shows up in the world.
This is a socials + video internship.
It runs for
12 weeks, one day per week
, starting in February, and it's very hands-on.
You'll be:
* Capturing
lo-fi TikTok content
on your phone
- Filming
behind-the-scenes moments
from shoots, meetings and creative days
- Editing short-form video in
CapCut
(quick turnaround, nothing precious)
- Spotting trends early and knowing how to adapt them
- Turning rough ideas into posted content - fast
- Helping bring structure to content using
social templates
we'll create
- Supporting with
scheduling socials
and
Substack posts
where needed
This is not a "watch and learn" internship.
Your work will go live.
You don't need to know everything.
But you probably:
* Spend more time on TikTok than you admit
* Understand why some videos stop you scrolling
* Care about pacing, hooks and timing
* Are comfortable filming and being around a camera
* Like the idea of media, culture and storytelling as a career
* Want experience that actually counts
If you've already been posting, editing, experimenting - even better.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
If it's a good fit, this is
very likely to turn into a paid role
.
More days, more responsibility, more ownership.
We're not hiring for a moment - we're building something long-term.
How to apply
Please don't send a generic cover letter.
Instead, show us how you think:
* A TikTok
* An account you've built
* A few content ideas you'd run with
* Anything that helps us understand your instincts
