This PE-backed healthcare organisation is led by a stable management team who have overseen a protracted period of high growth via M&A and organic initiatives.
The Head of Corporate Development is accountable for identifying, planning and executing the inorganic strategic growth plan including responsibility for M&A, business development programs and corporate strategic planning and implementation. Working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and Business Unit leadership, this role enables and ensures successful achievement of financial and strategic targets, consistent with the company's focus on excellence in healthcare services to patients, referrers, and hospitals.
To succeed in this role, you will bring 10+ years' experience in an investment bank, private equity or commercial/financial management experience in a medium to large organization (ideally service related and healthcare). You will have demonstrable strengths in strategic planning, commercial and business acumen, as well as the ability to successfully manage and complete M&A transactions. You will have strong internal customer/client service focus, executive presence and the ability to drive outcomes.
