About The Opportunity

In this position you will be responsible for:

* Overseeing the development, maintenance, and operations of relevant systems and administrative resources and recommending improvements to processes and procedures.
* Coordinating general day-to-day administrative tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school.
* Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to administrative operations within the school.
* Preparing and maintaining procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration and activities.
* Marketing and promoting administrative services, coordinating programs responsive to school requirements and current trends.


Eligibility And Safeguarding Requirements

* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
* Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.


About You

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

* Overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources, implementing process enhancements.
* Coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing workloads and fostering teamwork.
* Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedures related to school operations.
* Managing procurement activities and financial administration.
* Marketing and promoting administrative services, ensuring programs align with school needs and current trends.
* For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
