Restaurant General Managers are the face of our brand, responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving restaurant success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a diverse team and implement strategic initiatives to boost restaurant performance.
* Control profitability by expertly managing cash flow, inventory levels, labor costs, and financial reports.
* Recruit, interview, and hire skilled Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
* Provide comprehensive training to all employees in operational excellence.
* Maintain a pristine restaurant environment and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as General Manager in food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
* Managers must be at least 18 years old.
* Availability to work late shifts, including closing the restaurant at least two nights a week.
* Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects safely.
* Stand and walk constantly throughout entire shifts.
* Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment efficiently.
Our competitive compensation package offers salaries ranging from $53,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision benefits, and accrued PTO.
