Join us and let’s do good things together.ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for a Retail Technology Delivery Lead to join our Global Retail and Merchandising Systems IT department. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of retail technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and optimal use of IT resources.Some key responsibilities include:Engaging cross-functional teams within IT and the business to develop, maintain, and communicate a roadmap and schedule of technology change initiatives across retail, including BAU and growth initiatives.Partnering with technology and business stakeholders to develop business cases for retail technology changes.Engaging with application development partners to maintain delivery schedules and communicate risks and delays to Cotton On stakeholders.Managing the delivery of technology changes into stores, including leading deployment teams and managing business change.If you have a passion for delivering high-quality retail technology solutions, we’d love to chat with you.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a project lead role working with cross-functional teams, preferably in retail and merchandising systems.Knowledge of technology principles and retail operations.Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and influence outcomes.Proactive and adaptable under pressure, with effective decision-making skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.Our CultureAt Cotton:ON, we are optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative, and ethical.
