Our Graduate Program is designed to give you a well-rounded introduction to the construction industry. Over 12 months, you'll rotate through four core modules: Safety, Site Management, Project Management, and Client Management, gaining exposure to every stage of project delivery. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, receive hands‑on learning opportunities, and develop both your technical and behavioural skills in a supportive environment.
Requirements
* Final year students or recent graduates in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
* Australian or New Zealand Citizens / Permanent Residents.
* Great communicators, collaborators and problem‑solvers.
* Have a sense of urgency and ability to manage time well.
