Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales specialist to join our team. As a solutions sales specialist, you will be responsible for promoting an exciting extension workspace product range, driving business growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
* Promote a comprehensive range of office solutions.
* Meet new business customers and work collaboratively with other specialists and store teams to increase opportunities and exposure of our B2B workspace and fit-out category.
You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and optimize their office space.
This is a challenging role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and think outside the box.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in solutions selling in a 'Business to Business' environment.
* Demonstrable experience achieving sales targets.
* Strong design skills to create bespoke workspace solutions.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Able to work closely with builders, designers, project managers and other stakeholders.
* A high level of business acumen and autonomy.
