Key Responsibilities:
* Project Support: Assist in planning, organising, and executing custom residential projects.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports.
* Communication: Facilitate clear and efficient communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and costs, reporting any discrepancies or variances.
* Schedule Management: Help develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
* Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
* Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, providing timely updates and addressing their queries and concerns.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project managers and teams as needed.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification and/or experience within a Project Coordinator role (ideally across custom residential projects).
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.An understanding in project management software and tools.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Desire for professional growth and a commitment to excellence.
* Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
