Sales Support Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This is a full-time office-based position, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am – 4:30pm.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by being the first point of contact for new leads, following up enquiries promptly and professionally, and providing essential administrative support to our Sales Consultants.
* Manage inbound calls, emails, and HubSpot enquiries
* Follow up new leads and log client interactions
* Support Sales Consultants with bookings, scheduling, and client documentation
* Assist with tender submissions, sales reports, and maintain sales data
* Coordinate office administration, including supplies, mail, and day-to-day running of the office
* Ensure accurate record keeping across all sales and administrative systems
About You:
* Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
* Confident communicator, professional on the phone and in writing
* Proactive and adaptable, willing to assist with a variety of tasks
* A reliable team player contributing positively to group success
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience advantageous)
