Business Development Manager with an established non-bank lender focusing on commercial real estate

You will be working with an established non-bank lender with direct access to strong warehouse funding, seeking for a sales-driven Business Development Manager to deploy and expand their business.
Your new role
As the Business Development Manager, you are the key representative in seeking new loan opportunities through direct customer engagement, broker channels, and other relevant networks. You will be given autonomy on how you would like to build your book, with clear targets and opportunity to earn great commissions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferably undergraduate degree in business, finance or equivalent
- At least 3 years of lending experience as a "hunter", preferably within the non-bank secured lending sector
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with complex lending scenarios
- Great existing third party networks
- Team work attitude
