Opportunity for a HR Administrator with proven experience to work for a Not-for-Profit Organisation
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Executive manager of People & Culture, the purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the People and Culture Team and generalist advise and support to employees and management. Other duties include but are not limited to;
- Maintenance of compliance training, including enrolments and providing certificates to attendees
- Maintaining and monitoring the training schedule, including sending out training modules and policies through the learning system, Iinduct.
- Monitoring and assisting the People & Culture inbox, and/or directing correspondence to the appropriate person for resolution.
- Initiating pre-employment checks, such as medicals, Police and Working with Vulnerable People registrations.

- Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) Check, with an NDIS endorsement
- National Police Check
