Key Responsibilities (role dependent)
- Lead and support Defence projects throughout the capability lifecycle
- Deliver scheduling, integration, and logistics support for complex programs
- Support earned value management, reporting, and program control
- Collaborate with technical teams, Defence stakeholders, and industry partners
- Ensure governance, risk, cost, and milestone alignment across projects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, ILS, scheduling, or Defence support services
- Understanding of Defence project environments, standards, or frameworks (e.g. ASDEFCON, CASG, PMBoK, PRINCE2)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- Security clearance (NV1, or NV2 preferred)
