**Assistant Manager-Outback Queensland**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for this busy property located in Outback Queensland.
As part of a group, there is plenty of room for career progression.
The role is on a rotational 7 day roster working days, nights and weekends.
The town rich in history and culture; days off can be spent relaxing and dining out, taking in the local sights or exploring the surrounding area by tour or 4WD.
The town offers local shopping, art galleries, museums, dining and medical facilities and a friendly welcoming community.
**Pay Details: (Fulltime Salaried Position)**
- $80,000 per annum
- Accommodation $100-$200 per week depending on type
- FREE Accommodation will be supplied for the first 90 days onsite
**Duties**:
- Hands on across all areas of the property including bar, gaming, restaurant, accommodation
- Staff supervision & training and mentoring
- Open & Close of venue
- Counting & Balancing Tills
- General gaming payouts & reports
- Assist with rosters, stock ordering
- Oversee the hotel in the absence of the manager
- Customer Service
- Ensuring customer safety at all times
- Other duties as required
- Other Directions as given by the GM
Previous management experience within the hospitality industry
Hold a Current Qld. RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence
