Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our team and manage internal networks. The successful candidate will provide technical support, ensure smooth IT operations, and oversee access control and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, monitor workload, allocate resources, and meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Advanced Systems Administration: Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Jira, and identity and access management platforms.
* Process Governance: Define, enforce, and improve IT operational processes to ensure incidents, requests, and changes follow industry best practices.
* Project Collaboration: Partner with project managers to align IT resources with project requirements and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Access Management: Oversee access control, user lifecycle management, and security best practices to protect the organization's data and assets.
* Automation Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency in user management and system administration.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between IT professionals, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
