Lead Adventure Guide
We are currently seeking a skilled lead adventure guide to join our team.
As an experienced guide, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for guests through guided jet ski tours in the Brisbane area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct Jet Ski Tours: Navigate and lead jet ski tours in the Brisbane region, ensuring a fun, safe, and educational experience for all participants.
* Guest Briefing and Safety: Greet guests, provide pre-tour safety briefings, and explain key information about the jet skis and tours.
* Bookings Management: Manage reservations using our booking software and take bookings from guests.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of jet skis and equipment to ensure everything is in top condition.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
* Time and People Management: Ensure tours run on time and manage groups effectively during each experience.
* Local Knowledge and Interpretation: Provide information about local landmarks, marine life, and cultural history integrated into the tours.
* Conservation Awareness: Incorporate sustainability and conservation practices into the tours, educating guests on these initiatives.
**Requirements:**
* Boat and PWC License (mandatory)
* First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred) or willing to obtain
* Blue Card (preferred) or willing to obtain
* Previous experience on the water is not essential but highly regarded.
