About the Role
Our client is seeking a personable Cloud Engineer to consult on solutions, deliver project work, and resolve escalated technical issues while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years in a Systems/Cloud Engineer role
* MSP industry experience
* Microsoft MS-102 and/or AZ-104
* Hands‑on experience with Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender
* Networking skills: switches, routing, VLANs, WiFi
* Solid cybersecurity exposure
Responsibilities
* Consult on cloud and infrastructure solutions
* Deliver project work and support operational maturity
* Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers
* Share knowledge and follow established processes/ticketing
* Support customers with strong service and communication
