Casual Personal Care Worker – OWN CAR REQUIRED. Right at Home Sydney Inner West is hiring Home Care Workers to provide in-home care with integrity and respect. Responsibilities
* Provide assistance at home and in the community, including transport, shopping, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and social and community access.
Qualifications
* Genuine passion for providing high quality care to clients
* Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
* Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
* Current Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Australian Federal Police Check
* NSW Working with Children's Check
* Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/ Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs
Compensation and Benefits
* Hourly rate starting from $42.28 per hour plus shift loadings and 12% superannuation
* Ongoing support and supervision by our Care Coordination Team (enrolled and registered nurses)
