We are seeking a Product Manager to develop and enhance the Tecala Service Catalogue, focusing on Cloud, Communications, Data, Security & Managed Services.

About the role
The Product Manager is primarily accountable for the development and enhancement of the Tecala Service Catalogue. Our customers depend on Tecala having relevant, reliable and cost‑effective products in the spheres of Cloud, Communications, Data, Security & Managed Services. The role includes market awareness, rapid development of new product offerings, vendor negotiations in lockstep with business unit leaders, ongoing refinement of the Service Catalogue including pricing constructs, delivery models, and market relevance. A successful candidate will converge customer needs analysis, product definition and lifecycle, commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
* Ongoing development and enhancement of Tecala's Product Catalogue, with a focus on elevating quality from good to best.
* Expansion and development of the Product Development framework.
* Co‑development of Managed Services offerings, including creation of SOPs and automation elements, as required.
* Expansion of the Microsoft Cloud Services practice.
* Define market readiness, including service levels, service method, onboarding/offboarding, billing criteria and reporting, training and enablement, and customer reporting requirements.
* Market insights and research.
* Product definition and launch support for all business unit heads.
* Collaboration with marketing on training, product launches and enhancements.
* Process improvement focusing on advanced intelligence via tooling, SaaS, etc.
