A well-known waste business, servicing the Mid North Coast, is looking for their next HR Drivers to join the team. The employer is seeking drivers for the upcoming busy season. Applicants need to be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and prepared to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience would be desirable but not essential. Duties include operating domestic and commercial waste collection vehicles effectively while maintaining customer service and safety for both the community and staff members. This role also involves reading and understanding run sheets and maps, following compliance and safety procedures for environmental and service quality requirements, and operating basic computer interfaces.
Essential requirements include an unrestricted HR Licence and a satisfactory RMS Driver record. Applicants must have effective communication skills, a solution-focused mindset, a solid focus on safety, and a strong commitment to exceeding customer service requirements.
