Our client has been established for over 20 years building within Southeast Queensland. They are one of the largest builders of town houses in Australia and Qld is one of the standout arms of their business.
We have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor to manage the delivery of Townhouse Projects in McDowall. You will be working with Site Supervisor and Construction Manager for this project and will be needed to start ASAP. This opportunity is for a 6-month fixed term contract with a likelihood of extension.
Role:
- Delivery of Townhouse Projects just under 100 lots
- Daily management of On-Site sub-contractors, safety and quality
- Trade scheduling and project planning
- Ensure adherence to plans, specifications and Building Code / Regulations
- Managing deliveries, suppliers
- Quality Control and defect management
- Inductions, toolbox meetings, OH&S; management
- Liaise with Project Management Team
Person:
- QBCC Site Supervisor license at a minimum
- Town House Project Supervisor experience
- Experienced in all stages of construction including base stage, establishing slabs.
- Excellent communication skills, solution-based mindset, general computer skills
- Strong understanding of OH&S; procedures
