You will partner with management teams, leading daily HR operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will also participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing coaching, guidance, and strategic advice on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.
Responsibilities

* Provide coaching, guidance, and strategic advice to managers on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in an HR position, along with experience in blue and white collar environments, a solid understanding of current employment legislation and HR best practice, and experience in FMCG and blue-collar contexts.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's Degree is required, and certification in HR or a related field is desirable but not essential.
