The Injury Management Specialist: Coaching role is a key position that supports our claims teams by providing expert injury management strategies, coaching claims personnel, and collaborating with various specialists to achieve business objectives.
* Developing and implementing effective injury management plans to reduce claims costs
* Providing coaching and guidance to claims personnel on best practices in injury management
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and expertise in injury management
