About the role
As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team to ensure every customer leaves with an excellent experience. Responsibilities include:
* Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big-box retail environment.
* Drive Performance: P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
* Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
* Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
* Focus on Customers: Prioritize delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines for long-term success.
* Achieve Goals: Set and achieve ambitious targets while maintaining team engagement.
What we are looking for
* Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
* Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
* Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis and forecasting.
* Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
* Knack for managing high stock volumes.
* Passion for outdoors and adventure (bonus).
* First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
* Full-time availability, including weekends.
* Full working rights in Australia.
