You'll play a key role in balancing brand storytelling with data-driven decision making, ensuring every campaign not only looks great but achieves commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns, from ideation and storyboarding to execution and analysis.
Oversee creative output across photo, video, and design, ensuring it aligns with brand and performance goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and production workflows to deliver projects on time and on brief.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance across Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms.
Drive customer growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies.
Partner with creative, digital, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver seamless campaigns.
About You 5+ years' experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced eCommerce or digital-first environment Proven ability to develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that perform Demonstrated experience leading campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis Proven experience managing and optimising large-scale marketing budgets (ideally $10M+ annually) with measurable ROI Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) Proficient in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics Excellent organisational and project management skills Creative thinker with a commercial mindset Proactive, collaborative, and thrives in cross-functional teams If you're a marketing professional who can dream it, deliver it, and measure it, we'd love to hear from you.
