At RGYC, partnerships are central to how we grow, innovate, and deliver exceptional experiences. We are building a more structured, commercially driven approach to sponsorship and partnerships and are seeking a capable professional to lead this function.

The Opportunity
This is a standalone, commercially focused role with clear responsibility: to drive partnership revenue and build long-term strategic relationships that support the Club's growth.
As Partnership Manager, you will own the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and securing new partners through to delivering value, driving renewals, and growing revenue over time.
You will shape how RGYC presents itself to the market, develop compelling partnership offerings, and ensure partners receive measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue and Secure Partnerships
• Identify, pursue and secure new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, progressing leads through to conversion
• Maintain a consistent outreach and follow-up cadence to drive new business
• Develop high-quality proposals that clearly articulate value and return on investment
• Achieve defined revenue targets across new business, renewals and growth
Manage and Grow Partner Relationships
• Act as the primary point of contact for all partners
• Deliver strong partner servicing, ensuring all commitments are met
• Develop renewal strategies and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion
• Provide regular reporting that demonstrates value and impact
Own Pipeline, CRM and Commercial Discipline
• Maintain a structured, accurate CRM and sales pipeline
• Track opportunities, forecast revenue, and report on performance
• Ensure all partnership activity is clearly documented, evidence-based, and auditable
Deliver Impactful Activations
• Work with internal teams to integrate partnerships across events and club activities
• Develop and deliver activation plans aligned to partner objectives
• Ensure agreed branding, hospitality and promotional benefits are executed effectively
Contribute to Strategy and Growth
• Help shape RGYC's sponsorship framework, including packages and pricing
• Identify new commercial opportunities across club assets, facilities and programs
• Monitor market trends and bring forward new partnership ideas

About You
You are a commercially driven professional who understands that partnerships require both disciplined sales execution and strong relationship management.
You will bring:
• Minimum 5+ years proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships
• A demonstrated ability to generate revenue and convert opportunities
• Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and working toward targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in events, sport, or member-based organisations (highly regarded)
