Crudine Ridge Wind Farm | NSW | Permanent Leadership Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Service Site Manager to lead operations at Crudine Wind Farm, located near Goulburn NSW.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a utility-scale renewable energy asset. You'll lead a team of technicians and contractors, drive turbine performance, oversee site HSE and operational delivery, and act as the key interface between customers, field operations, and corporate support teams.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who enjoys leading teams, improving performance, and taking ownership of site outcomes in a fast-paced technical environment.
About the Role
* Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across the wind farm
* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
* Lead, coach and develop site technicians and contractors
* Coordinate scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and major corrective works
* Monitor turbine performance and site KPIs to maximise availability and reliability
* Manage site budgets, reporting, resource planning and operational performance
* Build strong relationships with customers, local stakeholders and internal support teams
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, productivity and asset performance
About You
* Proven experience leading field service, maintenance, or site operations teams within wind, power generation, utilities, mining, heavy industry, or similar environments
* Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical systems
* Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, safety, and workforce planning
* Confident leading multidisciplinary teams in remote or regional environments
* Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, reporting and KPIs
Wind industry experience is highly regarded, though candidates from broader industrial or energy backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
