About the role
The Future Student Advisor is the primary contact point for prospective UOW students. This position seeks to provide the highest standards of customer service to prospective students across all mediums of communication including telephone, email, face-to-face, direct social media, third party chat and systems/ applications which UOW employs.
About the Division
Outreach & Future Students is one Division within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Student Life) (DVCASL) portfolio and works closely with and across all of the University’s academic faculties and professional service departments. The Division manages and delivers excellence in services for future UOW students and works to provide widening participation opportunities to students from equity backgrounds.
Outreach & Future Students provides a suite of activities, events and communications to facilitate access to higher education for various target audiences throughout their decision making processes, including students of all ages and backgrounds, caregivers and teachers.
