About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time role involves delivering quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.
The primary responsibility is to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes for vehicle repairs promptly, utilizing your motor vehicle knowledge and computer skills while interacting with various stakeholders.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will work across our extensive network of repair facilities, with stability and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers
2. Accurately quote vehicles promptly, meeting repair cost targets and following insurer/company procedures
3. Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
4. Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
5. Manage parts procurement to ensure timely arrival and cost efficiency
6. Coordinate with suppliers for additional work authorization
7. Assist with production management when needed
8. Ensure repairs restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
9. Handover completed repairs to customers
About You
* Proven experience in a similar role, including estimate/quotation preparation in the automotive smash repair industry
* Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable
* Body experience is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
* Professional and personable demeanor
* Strong system knowledge and computer proficiency
* Excel skills are beneficial but not mandatory
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective team collaboration skills

* Mid-Senior level tradespeople: $80,000 - $100,000
