The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evaluating specialist bed-based programs in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager. They will demonstrate superior consolidated clinical skills and provide consultancy to implement best practice nursing care and recovery standards.

The role involves contributing to the development of a highly skilled workforce by providing mentoring, particularly to junior nurses or recent recruits.
