Drive Revenue Growth as a Sales Leader
The ideal candidate will lead the sales effort for Jira Service Management in the ANZ market. This role requires developing and executing a sales strategy, defining and implementing a clear vision for the territory, and communicating regularly on funnel/account/territory status.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales plan to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the ANZ market.
* Define and implement a clear vision for your territory and communicate regularly on funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Executive, Marketing, Account Management, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Promote Jira Service Management at industry events and conferences.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
* Work with Atlassian partner management and partners to drive co-sell and GTM initiatives in ANZ.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 15 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in technology vendors.
* Experience working with ANZ customers and local SI partners to respond to RFP/RFI.
* Familiarity with the ITSM market; knowledge of mainstream service management solutions is beneficial.
* Ability to independently drive Co-sell and GTM campaigns with Atlassian teams and channel partners in the ANZ market.
* Fluency in English is required.
