Safety Leadership Role
This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of all workers and operational worksites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop engaging training programs to instill a deep commitment to safety and compliance within teams
* Lead and mentor the HSEQ team to deliver functional support to operations
* Establish effective relationships with managers and senior leaders to ensure high-level understanding of health, safety, and environmental obligations
* Provide technical support, advice, and assistance on safety and risk management
* Communicate regulatory requirements affecting diverse businesses and communicate changes effectively
* Maintain ISO certifications across companies
* Implement and maintain a Safety Management System Framework
* Oversee injury and incident reporting using an incident management system
