About the Role
This position involves operating and maintaining wastewater and recycled water treatment plant facilities. A key objective of the role will be to train and mentor trainees, as well as work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals and objectives.
* Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment operations, including compliance with regulatory, health, environmental, and safety requirements.
* Experience in supervising and training staff, with a focus on developing their skills and expertise.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and information sharing.
* Digital literacy, including proficiency in computer applications and mobile devices.
