We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Painter to join our team in Wollert, VIC. As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to various structures and surfaces. Your expertise will contribute to the high-quality finishes and aesthetic appeal of our projects.
Responsibilities
 * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
 * Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and consistency.
 * Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
 * Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to cover large areas.
 * Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain clean workspaces.
 * Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
 * Conduct touch-ups and repairs as necessary.
Qualifications
 * Proven experience as a professional painter.
 * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional painter.
 * Certificate III in painting and decorating or equivalent qualification.
 * Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials.
 * Attention to detail and a strong eye for color and design.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Excellent time management and organizational skills.
 * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in painting.
 * Competitive salary of $77,000 per annum.
