Our client is a fast-growing and highly respected integrated property developer and construction company, founded in 2019 and based in Sydney. With a strong track record across high-end residential, townhouses, commercial buildings, and industrial projects, they are known for delivering luxury homes and quality builds with precision and passion.
They are seeking a Senior Foreman with proven experience in luxury residential construction to lead and coordinate multiple projects. You'll be entrusted with end-to-end site management, ensuring high-quality delivery, problem-solving on site, and representing the high standards our brand stands for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage 2–3 concurrent residential construction sites (mainly houses and duplexes);
* Ensure high-end workmanship, especially for luxury homes;
* Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors;
* Proactively identify site risks, quality issues, and resolve problems;
* Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with WHS standards;
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks across all trades;
* Maintain daily site diaries and ensure accurate reporting;
* Monitor project timelines and push progress with urgency and accountability;
* Implement efficient and practical solutions when deviations arise.
Skills & Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry;
* Strong ability to identify, communicate, and resolve on-site issues independently;
* Deep understanding of high-quality finishes, construction sequences, and site logistics;
* Able to manage multiple projects at varying stages with confidence and clarity;
* Meticulous attention to detail – luxury finishes require exceptional execution;
* Good communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors effectively;
* Positive attitude, humility to grow, and a strong team player mindset;
* Valid driver's license and access to a car for site visits;
* White Card required;
* Chinese language skills are advantageous but not essential.
