Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to site leadership, ensuring efficient operations, and upholding safety and procedural standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Prepare and manage documentation, reports, presentations, timesheets, and basic payroll data.
* Resource & Travel Coordination: Raise purchase orders for office resources and plant/equipment, and coordinate travel, accommodation, and mobilisation/demobilisation for site personnel and subcontractors.
* Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; manage confidential personnel records and project consumables logs.
* Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key liaison for communication between site teams, leadership, and client stakeholders.
* HR/IR Support: Assist with roster management, timesheet collection, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A proven track record in site or project administration, ideally in facilities management, mining, civil, or Indigenous business environments.
* A minimum of 3 years' site administrative experience in a FIFO setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems; familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills with a customer service mindset.
