Job Description:
The role of a Performance Marketing Manager is crucial in driving data-led marketing strategies that maximize lead generation, improve website conversion, and deliver return on investment across all digital channels. This position will be responsible for leading the performance marketing efforts across brands and markets, using analytics, experimentation, and optimization to attract and convert high-intent customers.
This includes leading ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing to improve website and landing page performance, analyzing user behavior, session recordings, heatmaps, and conversion paths to identify and resolve drop-off points, owning marketing performance analytics, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all channels, monitoring and reporting on web conversions, lead quality, customer acquisition costs, and overall marketing ROI, championing a test-and-learn culture, overseeing structured experiments across channels, creative, and landing experiences, maintaining a testing roadmap focused on continuous optimization of ads, messaging, landing pages, and targeting, and overseeing paid media performance across platforms like Google and Meta, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with channel owners to drive lead generation.
