Job Summary
This role requires a highly skilled Landscape Tradesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in landscaping, including creating levels and screening, laying real and synthetic grass, manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, mulching, paving, reticulation, building site cleaning, construction of limestone retaining walls, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective landscaping solutions
* Conduct manual labor tasks, including excavation, landscaping, and hardscaping
* Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
* Ability to lift 20 kg, work at heights, and operate heavy machinery
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions
Additional Requirements:
* Must be fit, enthusiastic, motivated, a good listener, able to follow instructions, and keen to learn
* Must own a work vehicle, be punctual, reliable, and driven
* Good communication skills and speak English
* Must live near the Joondalup area
* Must be able to use initiative when needed
* Must possess a blue/white card and wear safety steel-cap work boots
