They are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Control Manager to assist with the quality testing, design compliance and provide support to all manufactured products arriving from overseas suppliers. **ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this hands-on role you will be accountable for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards and process of the organisation are met. This position will also see you undertaking the development, implementation, and maintenance of a quality system that ensures all products and services meet the required specifications and customer expectations.
Specifics of the role include but are not limited to.
- Ensuring all functions of company focuses on continuous quality improvement
- Ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met before the product reaches customers
- Responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying non-conformity issues
- Owning the process of quality issue resolution from start to end, engaging all relevant stake holders
- Assuring the high quality of all operations and services aiming to the long-term success of the business
**SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE**
To be considered for this role, you will
- Be able to demonstrate proven experience as a Quality Control Manager with tertiary education within the Quality Management field preferred
- Have experience in Lean, Six Sigma methodologies (highly desirable)
- Bring experience and/or Certification in Quality Auditing / Quality Control (ISO 9000 etc.)
- Have thorough knowledge of methodologies in quality management principles, tools, and standards
