The Responsibilities
* Construction cost & buildability assessment of early concept designs including cost estimates for feasibility purposes
* Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
* Purchaser/client /tenant variations scope, pricing & delivery
* Chairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultants
* Monitor and implement detailed programs for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction.
* Cost control and cash flow management
* Overview and guide consultant input including - design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely manner
Ideal Skills/Experience
* At least 5 years in managing new built-formprojects
* Prior experience in managing a full project lifecycle in built-form.
* High-rise development experiences favorable
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Leadership experience, managing a team of project managers and contract administrators
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
* Contract management & strong negotiation skills
* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
* Able to manage a project team
