Our 12‐month program, available in full‐time or part‐time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), is designed to help early‐career nurses and midwives transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills.

Role: Enrolled Nurse
Enrolled Nurses perform a variety of tasks under the supervision of registered nurses. Key responsibilities include:
* Caring for a group of patients.
* Patient admission and discharge.
* Medication administration.
* Wound care.
* Pre‐ and post‐operative care.
* Liaising with medical staff and other health professionals.
* Continuously developing, improving, and promoting evidence‐based practice.
What We'll Need from You
* Evidence of Australian working rights.
* Completion of a nursing or midwifery course after 1st July 2025 or expected completion before 30th June 2026.
* Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays.
Required Application Materials

* Two recent student clinical placement reports (mandatory).
* Proof of Australian working rights (e.g., passport, birth certificate, or visa evidence).
