We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team. This is a diverse, hands-on role that blends finance and administration support — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being at the centre of business operations.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the accounts receivable function while supporting the day-to-day running of the office. You’ll work closely with internal teams to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Own accounts receivable, managing debtor accounts and collections
* Manage sales orders end-to-end, from entry to invoicing
* Maintain accurate customer records and reporting
* Deliver professional, timely support via phone and email
* Support daily operations including meeting minutes, visitor management and executive support
About You
* Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
* A team player who’s happy to pitch in where needed

Hours of Work
* Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Open to part-time arrangement across 5 days with reduced hours
