Key IT Support Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Support Officer to contribute to the maintenance and support of applications and network components.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving IT issues.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Provide general IT support for applications hardware and network by liaising with appropriate third-party suppliers for IT support and maintenance.
o Offer Level 1 support for Dynamics 365 addressing user inquiries and issues.
o Actively participate in developing testing and implementing IT projects.
o Conduct testing as per in-house test frameworks and environments to cover system assessment needs performing both manual and automated testing in a range of environments.
o Create and maintain product verification and regression test documentation.
o Provide analysis and recommendations with a view to continuous improvement.
* Requirements:
o Minimum 1 year experience in IT support and a formal qualification in Information Technology or related field.
o Strong administrative and procedural skills.
o Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
o Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach and committed to being a team player with excellent internal customer service skills.
o Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets.
