Office Manager Wanted in Epping
**Your new company**
A family-owned business, who have been operating for nearly 30 years in the Melbourne Wholesale Market as Vegetable Wholesalers and Farm Produce Agents. They have a further two subsidiary companies that you will also have association with also.
**Your new role**
- Debtors and creditor functions including customer and supplier relations
- Inventory control from purchase orders through to invoices, stock reporting and management
- Third party credit agencies
- Equipment hire
- Levy management
- Banking, including reconciliation
- Expenditure
- Freight
- Employee time management
- Insurance
- QA and mandatory Industry compliance requirements
- HR
- BAS and Tax reporting
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally you will have Office Manager experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt to changing environments
- Accounts experience
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a forward-thinking mindset

Hours: Monday-Friday hours operate from 6am or 7am
