We're a proudly Tassie owned and operated Civil Contractor. We've been around for over a decade and have worked all across Tasmania. We provide an extensive range of services within the construction industry operating across three key areas; civil works, telecommunications and plumbing.
We've got a couple of plumber hats up for grabs! We're hunting for seasoned, qualified, and licensed plumbers. But hey, if you're a 3rd or 4th-year apprentice with pizzazz, we might just take a shine to you!
THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL
The role includes all aspects civil, commercial and maintenance plumbing: installing sewer, storm water and water pipes, live tapping of mains, installing new storm water, sewer mains and service connections, construction of manholes and maintenance of water and sewer infrastructure.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
* Cert 3 (or higher) in Plumbing
* Proven relevant work experience
* White Card
* Current driver's license (MR or higher highly desirable)
* Eagle-eyed attention to detail
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings and relevant standards as well as the ability to understand and adhere to AS:3500 and relevant plumbing codes
* Safety-first mentality
* Team player with a sprinkle of independence
* Positive attitude and stellar work ethic
* Capacity to perform a physically demanding role
* Basic iPad/computer smarts
