As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Support the planning, review, and continuous improvement of office services at the venue.
* Manage office records, accounts, and administrative systems.
* Liaise with internal and external professionals to coordinate office activities and resolve issues.
* Ensure office equipment, technology, and supplies are well-maintained and operational.
* Promote a safe workplace by ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
* Ensure all work adheres to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Who we are looking for:
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:
* Applicants should have formal qualifications and at least 1 year of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
* A positive, solutions-based focus with strong strategic thinking and the ability to forward plan successfully
* Excellent time management skills
* A desire to grow your skills and progress your leadership experience
* The ability to work flexibly including on weekends
Benefits:
The successful candidate will be provided with the following:
* Full-time salary between $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
