Administrative Support and Civic Coordinator This role plays a crucial part in the City's success by providing expert administrative services and coordinating various civic events within the Office of the Mayor. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively. They will also play a vital role in building community relationships and ensuring smooth execution of civic programs within their department. About this Role: * Manage the Mayor's schedule: Arrange meetings, briefings, site visits, accept invitations and coordinate Council engagements. Ensure briefing materials are received and distributed timely. * Provide administrative support: Prepare correspondence, agendas, meeting notes, PowerPoint presentations and other documents as required. * Organise travel arrangements: Handle all logistical requirements for official trips on behalf of the Mayor. * Liaise with Elected Members: Representing at various events is an essential aspect of this position.
