We're looking for a friendly, social, and customer‐focused Administration Assistant to join our team full time. You'll be an important part of our operations, helping keep everything running smoothly day to day.
You'll be joining our close‐knit admin team, working alongside two others who share a high energy, fun, and supportive relationship. This role puts you right in the heart of our office culture, where teamwork and a social atmosphere keep our operations running smoothly.
No prior experience necessary, but is a bonus! We're looking for someone to fit the culture and vibe above all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and updating spreadsheets and internal records
* Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
* Scheduling installations and managing booking calendars
* Liaising with installers, warehouse, and sales staff
* Processing stock orders and electrical applications (Synergy & Western Power)
* Adhoc office duties as required
About You:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident with making phone calls
* Proficient in using Excel, Word and Outlook
* Friendly, professional, and customer‐focused
* Great at problem solving and working as part of a team
