The Role
As an Account Manager at Hardings, you will represent our business across a designated region.
You will have previous sales experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity.
Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role.
A key focus will be on achieving sales, margin and product mix targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achievement of sales, margin and product mix targets.
* Attracting new customers while growing existing business.
* Analysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunities.
* Effective management of a diverse Builder centric customer base.
* Development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives.
Requirements:
* A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making.
* A comprehensive understanding and previous experience in the building industry with a focus on plumbing and appliances.
* Previous experience in a similar sales role.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
* A sound business acumen with the ability to understand relevant financials.
