Overview
Operating within Digital Innovation & Change, the Contract Administrator IT coordinates, manages and continually improves the Information Technologies (IT) supplier administrative processes to assist with processing, optimisation and compliance of technology external vendors and suppliers to align with ACU Compliance Standards. Working collaboratively with IT teams the position will support the procurement process including sending renewal date reminders to contract owners, raising and managing purchase orders and contracts in the ERP platform, and ensuring invoicing and receipting is accurate, timely and compliant. The Contract Administrator IT will also monitor and manage the contract register, purchase orders and contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate IT procurement processes and supplier administrative activities
* Collaborate with ACU IT teams and external vendors to facilitate technology procurement
* Monitor the contract register, purchase orders and contracts throughout their lifecycle
* Raise and manage purchase orders and contracts in the ERP platform; ensure invoicing and receipting are accurate and compliant
* Send renewal date reminders to contract owners

* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff
* Annual leave loading up to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata, dependent on commencement date
* Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), plus employer superannuation and leave loading
