What you'll be doing:
* Promote open and regular communication with the Customer Relations Officers Team.
* Answer inbound telephone sales and general enquiries.
* Translate and data entry of sales quotes and orders for existing customers.
* Manage and process COD customer payments.
* Use a collaborative approach to resolve customer issues and complaints.
* Action orders in the sales inbox
To be successful you'll need some or all of the following:
* Confident in handling and answering phone calls
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Good problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary.
* Excel Skills Desirable
* Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Effective Time Management
* Valid full driver's license
